From 2004 through 2007 there was more than $600 billion of non-investment grade indebtedness issued which is now beginning to come due. This will be followed by a greater amount maturing in the 2013 to 2014 time frame, which in total will equal close to a trillion dollars. Through our unique ability to understand lender regulatory pressures and to integrate those pressures with various options and business economics, we are uniquely suited in many cases to determine the best path to take concerning financial restructurings. Several of our principals have banking backgrounds and all of our nameplate partners have extensive experience in managing complex restructurings, oftentimes in concert with a capital raise to accomplish the financial overhaul.
