Mr. Ballenger has over 25 years of extensive hands-on experience in providing a broad range of corporate consulting services to the business community. He has presided over hundreds of corporate turnarounds, both as a supplement to existing management and as an interim executive serving in a variety of senior positions. Throughout his career, Mr. Ballenger has dealt with debt and equity issues, corporate financial reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and financial planning.

Complementing his role as a principal in BCI, Mr. Ballenger is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and is a Bankruptcy Examiner/Trustee by Appointment of the United States Trustee.

A prolific writer, Mr. Ballenger has authored numerous articles on a wide range of economic, business, and corporate strategy issues that have appeared in publications such as: American Banker, California Business Magazine, CFO Magazine, The Daily News, L.A. Business Journal, The Los Angeles Times, The Wall Street Journal, and others.

Mr. Ballenger is also a frequent speaker at business association functions and seminars as well as a segment commentator on financial and economic issues for the Los Angeles television station, KABC-TV, Channel 7.
