Chairman of the Board of Directors of Gel Pak LLC
Member of the Board of Directors of Sun World International and J.T. Packard.
President and Chief Executive Officer of Hauser, Inc., Birtcher Medical Systems, Botanicals International, American Security Distribution, Kroy Inc. Cardis Corporation, Tylan Corporation and the Mica Corporation.

His business insights and "hands-on" approach to managment have contributed significantly to the success of these companies and numerous other companies. Equally important, Mr. Cleveland's professional contributions extend across a remarkably diverse array of industries that includes: Agriculture, Automobile Parts, Construction, Clothing, Electronics, Entertainment, Medical Equipment, Packaging, Staffing and Technology.

Mr. Cleveland is a graduate of the University of California at Los Angeles with a Business Degree specializing in Finance. He is a Graduate of the Anderson Graduate School of Management, Director Training and Certification Program.

He is a licensed Real Estate Broker
