Reorganization and Insolvency Services:

Reorganization of a company's balance sheet is often necessary as the final item in a client's return to financial viability. BCI's professionals are highly experienced in Chapter 11 Reorganization as well as non-judicial reorganizations. BCI's bankruptcy professionals are available to assist a client with the required bankruptcy reporting process including both the initial filing and the ongoing reporting to the US Trustee. BCI's principals also frequently give testimony on behalf of clients in such areas as Use of Cash Collateral hearings, Plan Confirmation hearings, adequacy of New Value issues, and a variety of financing and recapitalization matters.

BCI also frequently assists creditors and creditors' committees as their expert for the purpose of assessing a Debtor's business plan and its Chapter 11 Plan of Reorganization. Creditors find BCI's operating skills to be particularly useful in assessing the merit of a Debtor's plans and of management's ability to successfully implement those plans.
