Bruce Ballenger was formerly partner-in-charge of Coopers & Lybrand's Southern California Real Estate Practice as well as being the firm's West Regional RTC Coordinator. Mr. Ballenger has decades of experience in consulting to the real estate industry in a variety of capacities and co-manages BCI's Real Estate practice.

Kenneth Cleveland is licensed by the California Department of Real Estate.
